• By default, all commissions are reserved for personal/non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and artist. Artist's work is not available for resale nor as freebies by unauthorized persons or businesses (personal gifting is exempt).
• The artist has the right to reject any commission if they are uncomfortable with your request, believe their art style doesn't suit your request, or for any other reason.
  • Under no circumstances will the artist accept any request that suggests or relates to: rape, pedophilia, loli/shota, furry/feral nsfw, fetish content, homo/trans/xeno -phobia, racism/hate groups
• The artist has the right to use any completed commission as portfolio and/or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and artist.
• Zero art theft tolerance! DO NOT claim any of the artist’s work as your own. DO NOT trace or heavily reference any of the artist’s work (no copying!). DO NOT use any of the artist’s work as tattoos (or anything similar) without the artist’s permission. You are allowed to share the artist's work with proper credit to their Instagram (@sorry_ariiii), Tiktok (@sorry_ariiii), Carrd, and/or Etsy shop.
